We offer both flexible hourly rates and convenient packages designed to suit your needs.

Hourly Rates

  • €30/hour (minimum 2 hours)

  • €40/hour (minimum 2 hours)

  • €60 for Regular Cleaning, €80 for Deep Cleaning.

  • For first-time clients or homes not professionally cleaned within 3 months, a deep cleaning service is required before moving to regular maintenance cleans

    Perfect for first-time clients or properties needing a full refresh.

    €160 – Up to 4 hours

    Includes kitchen appliances (oven, microwave), windows inside, bathrooms detailed.

    Weekly or Biweekly Maintenance

    Keep your home sparkling with regular scheduled cleans.

    From €60 per visit (based on 2 hours).

    Priority booking and consistent cleaning team.

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

    Full property deep clean ready for handover or move-in.

    From €250 based on property size.

    Includes all rooms, appliances, and window interiors.

  • A kitchen with freshly cleaned fridge, windows and oven

    Special Add-Ons (price per item)

    Inside Oven: €40

    Inside Fridge: €30

    Windows (Inside Only): €50 for full house (up to 8 windows)

Important Booking Information

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment.

  • Payment: Remaining balance payable immediately after service via cash, bank transfer, or Revolut.

  • Insurance: We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Standard vs Deep Cleaning

At Bray Cleaning Services, we offer both Standard and Deep Cleaning options depending on your needs. Whether you need routine upkeep or a more intensive clean, we’ve got you covered. Deep cleaning is a more detailed and time-consuming service, but the rate remains €35 per cleaner per hour. See below to compare what’s included in each service and choose the right option for your home or office.

Deep cleans take about 50-100% longer than regular cleans because of detailed work like baseboards, inside appliances, etc.

Standard cleaning

  • Best For — Regular maintenance (weekly/fortnightly)

  • General Dusting

  • Vacuum & Mop Floors

  • Kitchen Surfaces — Wiped Down

  • Bathroom — General clean

  • Bins Emptied

  • Skirting Boards — Optional add-on

  • Window Sills & Frame — Surface wipe only

Deep cleaning

  • Best For — first-time cleans, seasonal, post-renovation, or neglected areas

  • General Dusting

  • Vacuum & Mop Floors

  • Kitchen Surfaces — Scrubbed (incl. backsplash & cabinet fronts)

  • Bathroom — Deep scrub (tiles, grout, taps, etc.)

  • Bins Emptied

  • Skirting Boards: Included

  • Behind Furniture — Included

  • Window Sills & Frames — Thorough clean

  • Appliance cleaning (oven, fridge, microwave) available for a small additional charge.

  • We can provide cleaning products and equipment if needed, or we can use yours—just let us know during booking.

  • Yes, we require a minimum booking of 2 hours per session.

  • The deposit secures your booking and helps us allocate staff efficiently. It also reduces the risk of last-minute cancellations.

  • If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 1-3 months, If you’re moving in/out or preparing for guests, If you notice heavy dust build-up, grease, or stains

  • Yes! Many of our clients start with a deep clean and then transition to regular standard cleans to maintain the home afterward.
